 I'm certainly willing to accommodate the use of groups instead of roles,
 assuming I can make it work for my use case which is "check a box, make
 this person an administrator" (i.e. there is a Managers group right? Or if
 not I"m allowed to create one?" I'll update the Description accordingly.
