 I've fixed the TLS issue and added the toolset registry migration.
 Unfortunately, tests are failing now due to updates on Zope trunk.  I
 don't see a way to pin a repository to a particular version with
 mr.developer, but r102819 of Zope trunk works.  Hopefully, the changes can
 be merged soon.
