 Looks great!

 Comments from a quick look:
  * It appears that the "state" option doesn't work properly
  * The modifier dropdowns should default to the inclusive option ie
 "equals" before "does not equal"
  * The text fields might use "contains" and "does not contain" modifiers
 since they're not searching for matches of the full text
