free site map tool?

Hi all,

Does anyone know a good (and free) tool for creating sitemap? 
Specifically, we are looking for a way to automatically extract all url's 
in a csv / xml / txt format. Have tried Google sitemap but it doesn't give 
us what we're looking for.
