NGO Buildout?

David,

No NGO *buildout* exists that I know of.  However, siebo (and  
possibly others) did some work on an NGO *bundle* which can be found  
at the following:
http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/NGOBundle/

In my personal opinion, the practicality for use of a bundle/buildout  
beyond simple evaluation is low.  What's much more interesting,  
however, is the discussion of what people deem useful and mature  
enough to nominate for a bundle.
