Plone NGO Mailing List Slightly OT - setting up a charitable foundation (UK)

Hey all

Hope you don't mind the intrusion on here - its kind of plone related 
since the foundation will be using plone quite a bit :)

I'm looking to set up a charitable foundation in the UK (since i'm a 
citizen there). If its possible for me to set it up in different country 
i'd also like to hear about that too (its going to be international).

Without going into too much detail here, can anyone here recommend a 
consultant to help with the process? (website links useful too )

I know about the charity commission website, but what i'd like is 
someone to advise me through the process, and help me clarify the focus 
of the foundation based on real world experience.
