Well, I am planning to dig into Plone as much as possible, and have signed
up for Andy MacKay's course before the conference (not that I'm expecting
that will make me an instant expert). I would also hope that some clear
scoping, and some sort of community support mechanism would help.

I was definitely thinking of something informal, at dinner or over some
drinks afterwards. No whiteboards, etc. Just a good discussion among
interested parties.
