Cool ticketing system, right now we do not have the type of work where
we would need a ticketing system, but who knows, I showed it to my
supervisor and he got excited anyhow.

Thanks I have definately put this link in my resources. We are a not
for profit within the Speed School of Engineering of University of
Louisville. I know that there is a push to Ploneize the U of L website
and a ticketing system may be used by the campus IT, I will pass this
information over to the Man who is in charge of this.

Thanks again and I am glad to be on board.

Curtis

Hi Curtis,

Welcome to the world of Plone. If your organization has a need for a

ticketing system written in Plone to track support requests, please
let us know. We have a Plone Application which does this. Details are

available at: http://www.gadoz.com/products/ticketing_system

Regards,

Dean Powers,
Founder, Gadoz
