Hi Curtis,

In case you didn't know, there's someone at University of Kentucky doing 
dome Plone work : Paul Howell who is "associate professor in the 
Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of 
Kentucky" (see http://outcrops.org/).  Dunno how far away from 
University of Louisville that is.
