Great idea! I'm already getting put in contact with some of the people at
Oxfam GB through a common funding agency, so I will introduce myself to
George.

I (and DOT) would definitely be interested in helping with something here,
so I would like to discuss this with you and others further, and get an
idea of what would be involved.

Interestingly enough, I ran into a professor at U of T who runs a "credit
for completion" program where comp sci students do development work for a
non-profit. And he teaches his students Python! Once I figure out what we
need, I'm hoping to send a project or two their way.
