 <http://objectrealms.net/projects> Hi,

I have some questions to proposal 10 "stream-based portal transforms
replacement for OpenOffice integration".

Does "stream-based" mean a stream based xslt transformation or the whole
portal transform workflow?
(The details of the portal transformation workflow have to be discussed with
#155: Transformation and indexing.<http://plone.org/products/plone/roadmap/155>
)

I have tested the xhtml stylsheet for the Open Document Format (ODF) with a
document with footer and content table. I think the generated XHTML is quite
alright for html preview.
To import ODF I would use some filters to get rid of all those HTML style
Information.
The ODF import in Silvia goes further and uses markups inside the document,
for example to import the header and the summary. I don't know if this is a
good way for plone, because you don't realy know how this markup is used.
What are your ideas to improve OpenOffice support?

Cheers Joscha Krutzki <http://plone.org/products/plone/roadmap/155>
