Yes, it seems there are two Haystack's...

The other one is MIT's http://haystack.lcs.mit.edu/ or Simile
http://simile.mit.edu/wiki/Main_Page (another name for that project, it
seems).

So Joscha needs to write his proposal against Exhibit (a subproject of that
Haystack/Simile - http://simile.mit.edu/exhibit/).
