[Framework-Team] Replenishing the FWT

Hi everybody,
    this week during the conference I asked some people to apply to
the FWT because we need at least a couple of new guys to replace Eric
and Franco.

As you noticed we already have a new candidate for the FWT meeting: Alin.

But so far I got positive feedback from:
- Silvio Tomatis
- Peter Mathis

Do you have any other name in mind?

I hope so. In that case please share it and ask them to apply for the FWT.

My long term goal is to have a bunch of people that:
- regularly show up in the meetings
- are active on GitHub commenting PR and replying when the FWT is mentioned

I hope that will happen soon.
If things will work properly I see myself stepping out of the team
right before the next conference.
