[Framework-Team] Roadmap and Release schedule for Plone 5.2 and 6.0

I agree with Phillip 100% and also agree with Some of Gil's points...

The main issue I think is people not testing... There's something
psychological or something that prevent people from using beta or even rc
versions...

I am +1 on releasing with advice that migrations might not work 100% yet
