[Framework-Team] Roadmap and Release schedule for Plone 5.2 and 6.0

Dear Teams!

At the Plonetagung in Munich Timo, Jens and me discussed the Roadmap and Release schedule for Plone 5.2 and 6.0.

Here is what we agreed we should implement and communicate. 


Plone 5.2
=========

Mayor Features:
- Support for Python 3 
- plone.restapi
- WSGI
- Zope 4
- New navigation with dropdown
- Link-Management UI 
- New Login
- Zope 4

Release-Schedule:
- rc1 next week
- final: 30.03.2019


Plone 6.0
=========

Mayor Features:
- Volto: A new Frontend 
- Folderish Contenttypes
- Instance-Behaviors
- Dexterity Site-Root
- Drop Support for Python 2.7 

Release-Schedule:
- alpha1: October 2019
- beta1: December 2019
- final: 30.03.2020


We think it would be beneficial to publicly communicate this timeline and roadmap. 
Timo and me are working on a draft for a roadmap-document that could be discussed.
