[Framework-Team] Alpine City Sprint 2018 as Strategic Sprint?

Topics are broad enough to let everyone feel invited to join, but might be
a but fuzzy to report progress... would it be a good idea to set some minor
specific goals? I.e have 5-10 packages ported to python 3, etc
