[Framework-Team] FWT meeting protocols

Hey FWT,

we used to write protocols for the FWT meetings, which we stopped some
time ago. That was part of the FWT meeting chair person's tasks. I want
to re-introduce that. Therefore I'll do the protocol for the next FWT
meeting.

Giacamo, please schedule the next meeting.
