[Framework-Team] Arnhem Sprint PLIP Champions Wanted!

Hi Timo,

If PLIPs can be split up into smaller tasks on Github that would be
awesome. If not, we'll split the PLIPs into tasks just after the sprint
planning. Ideally we want everything on Github but post-it's is also an
option.
