[Framework-Team] Main_template rebirth

We want to push the diazo theme for plone 5 on Arnhem and a new
main_template should be already merged so it's easier to create the diazo
rules. The PLIP (https://dev.plone.org/ticket/13787) is already on the
spreathsheet ready so the people can vote!

So can we vote and merge so we have a basic new main_template for creating
the new coool theme!
