[Framework-Team] Plone 5 sprint in Cologne in 2014

regarding the Plone Foundation sponsoring: IIRC I've read that the
dedicated strategic sprint money is only available this year - I don't
know any more details but I suspect this to be a hard requirement of
accounting. However, Matthew will know more...
