[Framework-Team] buildout-coredev 5.0

a short warning before: there are 145 commits merged in.

in the 5.0 buildout i did just a
$ git merge origin/4.4
and made especially sure, that versions.cfg is up-to-date (from 5.0)

i don't know, if you have a better merging strategy (cherry picking) for
keeping branches in sync...
