It's a complicated underlying model, which doesn't help. ;)

What I'd really love, though, is for non-developers to be able to:

 - Create a theme (p.a.theming)
 - Create a set of custom content types with custom views (p.a.dexterity)
 - Create workflows for their custom types

... all through the web, with a sane UI, round-trip/incremental
learning curve to move to Python development and a good export/import
story. Feels like we're actually pretty close.
