[Framework-Team] I'd like to join the framework team

Hi all,
I already talk a bit with Ross about it and decided that it's a good
time to do something and send an email.

My Plone experience starts in 2005 when we have started with friends
the Polish Plone community (plone.org.pl).
In 2008 I have started to work with RedTurtle that some of you maybe
recognize. Since then I've became core developer, though the number of
my commits is rather low and I'd like to change that.
The main goal for the next 12 months is to give something back to the
community and become more active and I think joining the Framework
Team could be the best way to do it.
