[Framework-Team] Todays meeting

For everyone who wasn't at the meeting today, which was almost everyone, we decided to move from weekly to biweekly meetings again. In exchange, please do *1* plip review before the next call. There are plenty still on the chopping block. One of primary concern is the search ignoring accents plip - a couple of us will review it but we are plain old english speakers. Any ideas on multiligual plonistas who could jump in and help?
