[Framework-Team] search settings cleanup

Hello, Framework team,

While working on PLIP 9352 (plone.app.search) I came up to an idea of cleaning the UI of search settings in Site Setup/Search. Right now we have 2 schemat there:

   - Search settings
   - Advanced search form settings

plone.app.search assumes merge of simple and advanced search forms
into one ajaxified form. In plone.app.search I also remove redundant
or generally useless settings and options.
In the same manner, I would like to clean the aforementioned configlet
and just remove 'Advanced' settings all together since they don't
really make a lot of sense in general and in the context of
plone.app.search in particular.

Called for comments in UI team and got 3 'yes' with 2 absent voices. So, with majority of the voices I assume UI team approves this change. Now I would like to ask whether I should add a new PLIP or I just do it in the context of the existing one.
