[Framework-Team] plip 10886 progress and delay

dear framework team,

rok garbas and i made some good progress for plip 10886 (event
improvements) at an spontaneous sprint in ljubljana this weekend. the
implementation is nearly ready for submission, but some refactoring
tasks have still to be completed. we prepared the whole stack for use
with recurrence, but deactivated it in the moment because of the lack of
an recurrence widget - it can be added easily when it becomes ready.

but for submission we would need a little more time - currently we both
have to finish other tasks for the next two days or so. so i would ask,
if the FWT gives us some more days, like up to one week?
