[Framework-Team] PLIP 234 merged (INavigationRoot Fixes)

Hi All,

I just finished merging PLIP 234 branches down to the Plone 3.3  
branches.   I committed code to the newly branched plone.app.portlets  
branch and I created a new branch for plone.app.layout that is for the  
3.3 release.

I still need to merge my changes to trunk, but I'll get that when I  
get back in the office next week if that is okay with everyone else.   
Once I do that I'll mark my PLIP as complete.
