I'd be very much in favour of keeping one list.  It means that  
everyone gets information about both Plones, so there's no risk of  
people being subscribed to one list and missing out on a discussion on  
the other where their opinion would have been valuable.

Stating the applicable version numbers would greatly reduce the  
confusion, but lets not forget that some things would be applicable to  
both.  Take CSRF, for example, if that wasn't in 3.x already it would  
need to be backported, both framework teams would need input and to  
work together.

I'd suggest we keep with the one list, have the decision making  
process for the P4FWT happen elsewhere without archiving it, and if  
the need arises a new mailing list can always be created further down  
the line.
