[Framework-Team] Plone 4 framework team

[Laurence Rowe]

I'd like to nominate myself for the Plone 4 framework team. My goal is 
to ensure that we improve persistency design in Plone and accepted 
PLIP's code, with the aim of a better scaling Plone.

I have good knowledge of Plone, Zope and the ZODB from working with them 
for several years now.
