[Framework-Team] tomorrow's PLIP review deadline

hi team mates,

i've just made it back from PSPS and my family requires some  
attention :), so i won't have time to be online and do framework team  
stuff tomorrow at all.  in fact, we're going on a short roadtrip, and  
i'll only be back sunday night.  so two things:

     1. could someone from the team _please_ step up and go through  
the list of PLIPs[1] tomorrow, checking which one have already been  
reviewed twice and either close them (in case of no pending issues) or  
make sure they're assigned to the respective author _and_ notify them  
by email just to make sure?

     2. after that's been done and hopefully all PLIPs have been  
reviewed at least twice by tomorrow night, could _all_ team members  
please read _all_ review notes and cast their votes in regard to  
inclusion into 3.1 in the respective tickets?

that way i can sum up the team's results either sunday night or monday  
morning.  and yes, i'm aware asking all four of you at once is tricky,  
but i hope somebody will feel responsible enough to step and try to  
meet our second deadline, at least...
