I fixed these now, please check whether there are any more problems.

All these problems have been exactly the ones describe in risks. They can  
only be catched by TTW testing or selenium tests. But I don't know the  
state of KSS selenium tests or how to run them if there are any. But on  
the other side all these problems are simple to fix once you know how to  
reproduce them.
