[Framework-Team] plip149, almost complete / outstanding issue with existing tests failing

so, during the course of the st. augustin i've actually managed to  
complete the plip (with lot's of mentoring from hannosch, no less).

i hope you'll find the time to evaluate the bundle (http:// 
svn.plone.org/svn/plone/review/plip-149-markup-support) for inclusion  
in 3.0.

as it turns out, though, there is the really annoying issue of tests  
failing in my Archetypes branch, because the new method for getting  
the default content type of a textfield now involves access to  
site_properties and the Dummy site's site_properties that these tests  
rely on apparently doesn't implement `hasProperty()`.

after some prodding from optilude i took a closer look at the issue  
but it really exceeds my expertise -- meaning that unfortunately, i  
can't complete this plip w/o any expert help. any ideas on how to  
deal with this?

also noteworthy: i've based the types settings control panel on the  
navigation settings panel -- and thus inherited a minor glitch, that  
i haven't been able to fix (yet), though i've filed an issue (https:// 
dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/5812) which hanno said he'd look into.
