I ought to do a small migration step to get the portlets to actually
show up on a fresh install - otherwise, people will be a bit confused.
I'll do it this weekend.

Also - is anyone reviewing the content rules bundle? I want to put
some more time into that, and harass Markus into doing so as well.
It's in a similar state to the portlets bundle - needs more
actions/conditions and UI improvements and a small migration step to
hook up the UI (atm you have to manually invoke the template).

Cool! Hopefully that will make more people update their bundles.

Btw, I've got some updates from Andi about Link Integrity - will
review and see what state that's in over the weekend, hopefully.
