[Framework-Team] Updated team site

Heya all.

I updated our team site at: http://plone.org/development/teams/framework
and integrated the nice FAQ written by whit.

Please have a look if you find anything unclear or have any ideas how to
improve it. If there are some spelling or grammar errors you can fix
them yourself, as you have all managing permissions in that folder. (If
there is still a permission problem please tell me your username on
plone.org and I will recheck ;)
