[Framework-Team] summary for report

I've gotten stuff from alec and ben and need sum ups from michelp and 
alan.  you can just append to alec's if you like.

Couple points we talked about that we might want to put in this report:

1. alternating UI and Architecture releases

2. roadmap: we decided on Plone 2.2 alpha by mid december.  we should 
also set a freeze date(I propose December 1st or perhaps sooner).
