[Evangelism] "Your message to Evangelism awaits moderator approval"

dear moderator of evangelism list,

I got the message to wait for approval, cause of:

"The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list"

but i subscribed to the mailing list already in Feb 2008 and got a  
confirmation email on Feb 26, 2008, and am reading the list since  
then, am i a member or not?
