[Environmental] question on plone system

Sorry - very unclear question..

I was talking about the section that has environmental groups area on  
the plone.org site at
http://plone.org/for/environmental/

This is a display and system that I am not familiar with, so was  
hoping to find out what product is it to test and evaluate.  I just  
cant figure out which one it is.
