[Plone-conference] updating web site with slides and notes

Hi everyone - I hope you are recovered (or recovering) from last week!

I have been updating the talks on https://2016.ploneconf.org/ <https://2016.ploneconf.org/> with links to slides that you've either emailed to this list or tweeted with #ploneconf2016. I've also been adding links to Maurits' notes, directly on your talk objects or in the main schedule (e.g. lightning talks, AGM, etc.). 

THANK YOU, MAURITS! We need to clone you, one for each track...
