To make it even more useful and attracting, the training material
already has some demo add-ons about a conference site, so instead of
being demo add-ons, just showcase best practices on the training
material about a production used Plone add-ons.

This way, newcomers that go through the training already have two
teams that can join: the training team to help improve the docs and
the ploneconf team to help improve the website.
