I wanted to thank you all for providing such a warm, open, and caring atmosphere to a complete newbie.  I appreciated the conversations I participated in (or, often as not, listened to due to it being over my head), the training and the general availability of knowledge and learning every where I looked. 

This is a great community and I look forward to being a member of it for years to come.
