[Plone-conference] security tips on credit/debit card usage in Brazil

…and make sure your daily limit for withdrawals abroad is not set to 0. 
For those who now think I'm just plain dumb: I've been to Italy a few weeks ago and had no problem getting money. 
Apparently Italy is no foreign country for Germans.
