[Plone-conference] hostel choices of the Ploneconf people

Made a quick inquiry here at work an thought about it. Well, as a personal
view, I would do it (and most of my colleagues say they would too). It's
mainly a residential area with some people walking and jogging around up
until some point in the evening. I think it's fine.
