[Plone-conference] hostel choices of the Ploneconf people

There is government project under execution right now to cover most of the
city with cycleways until April 2014.
Many places have them finished already.

I will check for you:
* if there is a decent way from Hostel7 to the Convention Center;
* if there is a bike renting service in town.
