[Plone-conference] login/logout forms on z3c.form

Hi all,

For the ones working on moving the login infrastructure out of cpy files
I just pushed this: https://github.com/gforcada/login_forms which
contains all forms moved to z3c.form.

It can not be used as a drop-in replacement, as it has another use case
in mind (double process registration - first send an email and after
that register, members as objects...) but can be useful to rip parts
apart to ease the transition.
