[Plone-conference] Better communication about planned development

In the spirit of making our community more approachable and
transparent I want to suggest that all sprinters  communicate their
development plans to plone-dev so that people who are not here don't
feel left in the dark.

Doing this also gives other developers at the conference an
opportunity to give input and make comments on the design decisions
that are made.
