After that, I'll step back again into the infrastructure role and be available to help with that as needed.

TV1 stepped back due to lacking time for the tight schedule!

André is connecting an alternate solution, but the teams are (today) not in sync for now.
We are always open for "Step in" from multiple sites.

Current Step: The Design Briefing needs some final adjustments to limit options and focus on what we already created as a mockup based of the input.

Target: Having a dscussable prototype of the starting page and some mockups of deeper content to start testing the visitors experience from the target groups view and do evolutionary fine adjustments with a first design step.

Goal: Visit the just the startpage only and get an idea of the value (not the features) why you should use Plone, what it is and what it makes special (only main features) and be able to tell others!

What we do in parallel to starting the design process:

We still need people stand up and be callable for tasks during the further steps.

We need theme implementation and UI testing of the theme later on. We cannot risk any clumsy experience with the Plone.com site. It has to be "Simply but perfect" from the technology side of the job when it launches (see Design Constraints). It is our business card!
