is a good IA guide for now.

I know you all know this, but it's important to keep in mind that the
entire IA doesn't need to be in place right away or by the time of the
Conference. I don't think we should try to build out the entire IA this
early on. Just what we need to accommodate the top-priority content.

If we can identify the top 4 or so content/messages, that will drive the
early IA to a large extent.

Right now I'm feeling a strong need to know what the top-priority item is
that I should be working on since my time is limited.
