[Plone-com] We need a new modern theme for plone.com.

We have two points without leadership currently: design and content. I think Andres/TV1 can handle design. I really think that Armin (perhaps with the help of Plone Munich?) would be a great lead on content. Armin- would you be willing to lead everyone and get this content stuff together? Anyone have objections to that? If the two of you can coordinate at a high level then spread info down to everyone else helping it would be amazing.

Two cents on getting started:
Step one is to set up a collaborative space for working on docs. Set some targets for when to get things done and set up some calls than anyone can join in and help. Without deadlines (fake or otherwise) this project is going to turn into a squabble fest. Also, there is money set aside for this project. Find out what's available and think about how to use it.

Most importantly, I shit you not, this will not work unless this project goes ahead with a commitment to transparency. Communicate often and openly. Please :) (You only get a please with a smiley face once).

For starters - live convo is now in #plone.com.

Is there the targetgroup definition in place? Do we have a moodchart where to go for emotionally? This should be a suggestion for a professional starting point for them, but not be part of a discussion.
