[Sprints] PennTags talk: Friday 7/7

Also, serendipitously the PennTags (http://tags.library.upenn.edu)  
people will be talking on campus Friday, 7/7.  If anyone is  
interested in taking a coding break it might be of interest to some  
of us.  If more than a few people want to attend, we should probably  
give the organizers a heads up.
