i'm trying to underline the text in the portal_actions, i have hidden the 3 default
portal_actions that come with plone and added 3 new ones, i can see them and i
want to underline the text, i tried putting the line "text-decoration:
underline;" in <a href="http://embed.mibbit.com/?server=irc.freenode.net&nick=Anonymous%20User&customprompt=Welcome%20to%20the%20plone.org%20support%20channel&channel=%23plone&settings=33d080072e551c04421ffb94b33452fa&noServerNotices=true&noServerMotd=true&forcePrompt=true" target="_top" rel="nofollow"><span style='color:green;text-decoration:none'>#portal-siteactions</span></a>
li a at the public.css file at the portal_skins but when i look at the site
there is no underline, what to do? tx in advance for the help</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:black'><o:p></o:p></span></p>
